As part of our product updates happening this quarter, we have informed Ikawa that their App based Cropster integration will cease on October 15, 2024. If you are using the integration, it will stop working on that date.
Our dedication to providing the best possible tools for coffee professionals remains steadfast. Our commitment to enhancing your roasting experience and supporting your business growth continues to be our top priority. This decision was made with those priorities as goals.
We plan to update our platform to allow better integrations with IKAWA and other roast machines with their own roast profiling software. While we do not have a timeline for this improvement, we deeply appreciate the support and enthusiasm you have shown for the IKAWA integration and we are grateful for your use of the integration. We’re pausing the IKAWA integration as part of our ongoing efforts to streamline and improve our product offerings. While we understand this may cause some inconvenience, this decision allows us and IKAWA to focus on developing new features and enhancements that will ultimately provide a better experience for all our shared customers.
After October 15, 2024, the IKAWA integration will no longer be operational within the Cropster platform.
Yes. All of your roasts and samples will still be available on the Cropster platform, and on your IKAWA account.
Absolutely! You can continue to use Cropster with other supported roasters and benefit from our range of tools designed to enhance your roasting process. For specific recommendations, please contact our customer success team.
We do not have a timeline for when the new platform will be available. We will keep our users updated with any significant developments. Our team is dedicated to redesigning and improving the integration to ensure they meet the highest standards of quality and functionality.
We’re committed to relaunching our integration with IKAWA. We plan to integrate the feedback we have already collected from customers in collaboration with IKAWA and their product teams to ensure the resulting product creates value for our shared customers.
