As part of our ongoing efforts to streamline and improve our product offerings, we have made the decision to discontinue support for non-coffee product types, including tea, cocoa, olive oil, and others, on October 15, 2024. This decision means that these non-coffee product types and their related modules will no longer be available for use within Cropster’s platform.

This decision was not made lightly. This was made with our mission and vision in mind, our goal to provide the best possible tools for coffee professionals. 

We deeply appreciate the support and enthusiasm you have shown for our platform and we are grateful for your continued support. For a list of common questions, please see below.

We’re discontinuing non-coffee product types as part of our ongoing efforts to streamline and improve our product offerings for coffee professionals. While we understand this may be disappointing, this decision allows us to focus on our mission and vision, to power the coffee industry’s transition into a fairer, more economically sustainable and environmentally responsible model for everyone.

After October 15, 2024, support for non-coffee product types and their related modules will be discontinued and will no longer be operational within the Cropster platform.

All data recorded for non-coffee product types will be lost. It is critical that you export your data as soon as possible. If you are interested in using our coffee modules for your setup, please contact our customer success team. 

As of now, there is no plan to release a replacement or new version of non-coffee product type support. We are continuously exploring new opportunities and partnerships to expand our offerings.
